Various artists from the Lansing, Michigan area: Gone Dog, Snake River, Just Say No, Thee Lords of Creation, and Soren’s Law. Scott Sendra’s Snake River were pretty great and are worth the price of the comp. When this was released some folks were lumping them in with the first couple of Pavement singles. Snake River deserved better than that. Instead, the band ended up getting screwed over by the Tulpa a-hole.
